Vintage Collectible pre-1973 Barbie® Dolls, Clothes and Accessories
There is just something about Barbie. I was 7 when Barbie was first introduced, and had I known then how valuable these dolls would be today, I would have insisted on 2 of each - one for play and one to leave unopened. Most valuable to me though and what you won't find here, are the tiny little outfits my grandmother painstakingly sewed for my Barbies.
Collectors are willing to pay hundreds and even thousands of dollars for early mint condition Vintage Barbie. Barbie accessories are also very collectible - especially
mint condition accessories such as complete outfits with all the pieces originally released by Mattel TM - i.e. dress, belt, shoes, coat, jewelry - everything included in original package. Or if it is a bedroom set, kitchen sets, or any other packaged set - all the original pieces have to be included.
